Many people have different views on what good art is. To me a good piece of art is when you can understand the meaning or message the artist is trying to get across. It can be happy, sad, or funny. Good art can be expressed in any shape or form. They would all have a thousand words explaining the true meaning that captures everyone's attention.
When it comes to bad art, my opinion would be that it has no valuable meaning to it. Bad art is distasteful. When things are just thrown together and has no connection to one another it won't make any sense. Bad art can be confusing, stupid, mean, and just distasteful. People wont take it seriously and just look at it as a joke.
